Customized and tailored applications

Here are a sample of killer applications in LumDocs:

  • Holidays Request: this application is an efficient way to digitalize holidays requests and get a more productive process. Employees fill the form to make a request and submit it to their manager. LumDocs notifies the appropriate users, you have defined in the workflow, to make sure the process will go to its end. After the validation, LumDocs automatically updates calendars, schedules or the payroll tool.

  • Legal Contracts: this application enables to follow-up contracts. Your documents are stored in Google Drive but LumDocs adds automated email notifications to remind people about terms and deadlines of the legal contracts.

  • Invoices Management: this application organizes the invoices validation process. Data from the billing tool are pushed in LumDocs, next the workflow is executed according to the process you have defined. Then, costs are assigned to the appropriate department. At the end, you can export data to input feedbacks into your invoice tool.

  • Annual interview: this application helps managers to follow-up annual interview. For each interview, the manager fills a new form and adds attachments directly from Google Drive. Human Resources department is alerted when the interview is validated. All documents are archived in the application and are accessible by search.

  • Purchase Request: this application enables to digitalize purchase request and get a more productive process. The applicant fills the form (with the quotation in attachment), he submits it for validation, and all the workflow process you define is automatically executed. Then the request is validated and purchases can occur.

  • Non-Conformity Report: this application eases the process to track anomalies. Each time an employee notes a defective product, he can fill a form in LumDocs application to explain the deficiency found. Then all the process to rectify and become compliant is activated: collaborators involved in every department (quality, production, etc.) are notified on actions they must achieve.
