Another HR mission is to guide employees as they struggle with career issues and to offer them development and training. LumApps solutions can help HR to follow the progression within the company of all collaborators.

Recruitment and internal mobility

LumSites is a perfect tool to promote jobs whether we talk about internal opportunities or external offers. Recruiters simply add a recruitment advertising in LumSites job board.
Any manager who is tasked with carrying out recruitment can create a job offer in a few clicks and select its visibility: public for external ads or specific users’ groups for internal missions. When they connect to the job board, people will see only appropriate offers and will be able to filter those to refine their search. It is also possible to display offers on an embedded Google Map to enhance search and accessibility.

After posting these job offers, HR must collect and review resumes which suppose a flawless organization. LumWork really helps HR Assessors review resumes submitted online by candidates for open positions. They upload the best qualified candidates' resumes to a dedicated LumWork application where they can add metadata, comment in the resume datasheet or provide feedback in an attached and shared Google Docs.

Reviews and job performance

Expenses management

This application enables to digitalize expense management and get a more productive process.
HR set up an application where people can submit an expense reporting sheet. After a trip, or at the end of the month, the applicant fills the form by adding a line for every expense. Then, to prevent from receipt lost, he takes photos or scans all the receipts and add them as attachments directly in the sheet.
