LumSites offers a module to display a corporate users directory. LumSites is synchronized with Google Apps, so that all users profile data is automatically updated in the application (to learn more about profiling in LumSites, read episode 1).
Now, when you are looking for a colleague, you can search by criteria (name, N+1, title, department, location, etc.) to contact him immediately (by email, hangout or phone).

LumSites key features - Episode 6: Google Widgets

LumSites is a perfect match for business already using Google Apps. There are deep relations between the two platforms: Email, Calendar, and Drive can be embedded using the widgets engine.

Add widgets

To edit content in LumSites, you organize your cells in the designer and then you pick the widgets you want to add in you cell. For each widget, you can define specific settings and add a title, a link and advanced visibility options.
Then, Google widgets will automatically synchronize data with Google accounts and display up-to-date information. For other widgets, contributors will be able to modify content without changing pre-defined settings.

LumSites key features - Episode 5: Multi-Lingual

To reinforce the appropriation of a workplace, you must write content in users’ native language. LumSites offers you a common framework and dedicated spaces for each country or entity: the contents are only displayed in user defined language.

One version per language

LumSites administration interface is available in french and in english but you can manage many more versions of your instance, so that your site exists in multiple languages.
For example, if you are a company based in different countries, you can create your internal portal in your main language to display official news. In each country, a content manager can translate all or part of the site and edit his own content in his language.
